C-ME on the NET: Sales Policy

All orders are carefully packed and thoroughly inspected and we hope that you are pleased with the item(s) you have selected. Upon arrival please check the contents of your carton(s) immediately against items marked as shipped on your invoice. Item(s) listed as BACK ORDERED have NOT been charged to your account, but will follow as soon as possible. Report any discrepancy or damage to customer service at (716) 837-4148. Note the damage or shortage on all delivery receipts or freight bills and sign for only material actually delivered. If, upon further inspection, you notice any concealed damage or loss, you must save all boxes and packaging material and notify customer service at (716) 837-4148 or delivery carrier/agent within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.

Our Return Policy

All Net sales are subject to C-ME on the NET’s Standard Terms of Sale. You may return most product*, within ten (10) days of purchase, for a full refund (less shipping charges). All products are covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranties. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective. After 30 days, the manufacturer’s warranty process must be followed. All non-defective returns authorized by C-ME on the NET must be returned within 10 days from date of invoice, and may be subject to a restocking fee. All returns require prior authorization and must be returned with all original packaging, accessories and documentation, including Warranty/Registration card; so please don’t discard these materials. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) please call (716) 837-5232. RMA’s are valid for 10 days. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused. All return packages must be prepaid. (Sorry, we can not accept COD’s) For your protection, please insure all returns. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a re-stocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns or when the manufacter's/distributor's warranty or return policies supercede ours.

*All open paints, chemicals and other hazmat materials are NOT returnable.

International Orders

All International Customers are responsible for all Duty, Taxes and tariffs due upon receipt of merchandise. Due to Credit Card Rules we Cannot Ship to 2nd Address, Orders Must Be Shipped to Credit Card Holders Address Only, unless paid in advance using Check, Draft or Wire Transfer.
